Join us for an immersive wellness experience rooted in Daoist medicine traditions, designed to support balance, vitality, and inner regulation. Learn the foundations of Daoist medicine and practices as we weave together Tai Chi, Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, and a sound & gong bath to introduce holistic healing practices that have been used for thousands of years.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Daoist medicine views the body as an interconnected system - where mind, body, and spirit continuously influence one another. True wellness comes from maintaining balance and homeostasis, supporting the body’s natural ability to regulate, adapt, and heal.

Through gentle movement, embodied education, hands-on therapies, and sound, you’ll be guided to:
