About Black & White
Black and White Coffee Roasters is the brainchild of two US Barista Champions. Kyle Ramage (2017) and Lem Butler (2016) founded the business in 2017, inspired by the coffee they experienced at the competitive level and a desire to make those coffees as widely available as possible.
Our commitment to service, community, and excellence culminates in our passion for coffee competitions. We believe these events create an opportunity to uplift the most inspiring voices in the coffee industry, while creating a space to welcome new interest in the industry and foster a deeper understanding of coffee.

About the Venue
Black & White Coffee Roasters is located at the Sumner Business Park in northern Raleigh, near Capital Boulevard and I-540. By car, we're about 30 minutes east of Raleigh-Durham International Airport and 20 minutes north of downtown Raleigh.
Our address is 6551 Meridien Drive, Suite 113—the central unit of a warehouse. All doors of Black & White have signage with the business name or logo.
When traveling to our warehouse, we highly encourage driving, taking a taxi, or using a rideshare service. If you opt to take public transit, there is a bus stop 0.8 miles from our roastery, on the far side of Capital Boulevard.
There is ample parking in front of and behind the building. Please be aware that we are located next door to a church, which guarantees a high volume of cars in the parking lot on Sunday. You will be able to park around neighboring warehouses, and we will facilitate a drop-off zone as needed.
There are a handful of restaurants 0.5–1 mile from our location. We are also in a low fare range for many meal delivery services in Raleigh. We plan to provide some food and beverage on-site, too—more details will be provided as the event approaches.
Our warehouse is climate controlled, but we advise you to dress mindfully in accordance to the weather. With a large, high-ceiling space and frequent door openings, the temperature may vary.
We have two single-use bathrooms and will provide an additional portable restroom.
