Come join us for a flavorful Masterclass where you'll learn to create delectable dishes inspired by the Eastern Mediterranean region.
In this plant based class you will learn to make
Vegan herb nomelette
Lentil kofte served with lettuce
Gözleme, Turkish flat bread filled with spinach and onion, potato
Sweat and salty spreads
At the end of the class we are going to have a healthy brunch with salad, olives, vegan cheese, Turkish tea and homemade sourdough bread.
Our Istanbul-born Greens&Others Community Cookery School CIC founder, photographer, and cook, Emel, is a natural storyteller. She’ll transport you to her childhood in Istanbul, sharing the warmth and traditions of Turkish family breakfasts as you cook and taste together.
