Easter Vigil, the traditional celebration of the Paschal feast, the Resurrection of our Lord, Savior, and King, Jesus Christ! This liturgy begins after the sunsets and is held in the hours of darkness. To quote the Exsultet aka the Easter Proclamation chanted early in the liturgy "This is the night when Christ broke the prison-bars of death and rose victorious from the underworld." During this liturgy, you will take a journey through Salvation history, renew your baptismal promises, witness our Catechumens be raised to new life through the Sacraments of Initiation, and of course sing the classic "Jesus Christ is Risen Today!" It's a liturgy everyone should experience at least once in their lifetime!
