In commemorating the Resurrection of Jesus, Easter also celebrates the defeat of death and the hope of salvation. Christian tradition holds that the sins of humanity were paid for by the death of Jesus and that his Resurrection represents the anticipation believers can have in their own resurrection. We will have an intimate and somber Good Friday service at 7pm on April 18th.
We have a community Easter Egg Hunt on April 19th starting at 10am. Bring your buckets and come enjoy pictures with the bunny, craft, and snack!
On Sunday, April 20th (Easter) we will gather for a sunrise service at 7am to see the darkness pushed back by the rising sun as we worship the resurrected Savior, Jesus. We will meet on the pavement in the back corner of the parking lot. Bring your own chair and blanket!
Following the sunrise service on April 20th we invite those that attended the sunrise service, or those going to the normal service, to join us for a light breakfast from about 8am-9am in the fellowship hall.
Easter service will be at 9:30am and we fully anticipate a large amount of folks being in attendance. We will have extra chairs up and ask that you slide towards the center aisle so folks can be seated from the outside, wall aisle. Thank you!
