After the success of our New Year’s Day trip, a new military vehicle run is planned for Saturday 19th of April, during Easter weekend. 0930 start for 1000 departure, aiming to finish at approx. 1600-1630
We welcome any military vehicle as long as it is road legal and insured.
Starting at the truck park in Warminster Services, we will then head out onto Salisbury Plain training area to enjoy a number of the publicly accessible byways before heading to Imber Village* (opening date TBC) After a break, we will then take in some more of what Salisbury Plain has to offer before ending the day at Warminster Services, where you can get food and fuel as required.
Please bring your own food and drink as we will make a few stops over the course of the day to allow everyone to catch up and stretch their legs.

We will have a qualified first aider throughout the day and the group or groups (depending on number of vehicles attended) will be led by experienced users of Salisbury Plain. We also have recovery equipment should the worst happen.
*Please note that access to Imber Village and St Giles’ Church is subject to MoD approval and may change at short notice due to training requirements.
Please also be aware that the refreshment stand in St Giles is cash only!
