Join us for a magical adventure journey as we prove that friendship always triumphs over evil!The power mad Wizard of Oz has told the people of Oz that Easter is cancelled and they'll be celebrating Wizard Day instead where everyone has to eat green vegetables instead of chocolate! 🙈 Our friends in Oz have asked for our help to save Easter so, with the help of our magic glitter dust, we travel on a tornado, over the rainbow and arrive in the land of Oz!
We'll learn all about the people and land of Oz, practice Glinda's magic spells and join together to follow the yellow brick road to the Emerald City where the Wizard has stolen all of the Easter Bunny's eggs and carrots! We need to face the flying monkeys to steal back the eggs and carrots before making our escape from the castle.
The Wizard won't let us go that easy however, as he's planted some magic poppies outside the castle to put us to sleep! We rely on the good witches to keep us awake with a magical emerald and a snow storm before clicking our heels three times and saying "there's no place like home".
The magic will send us, the eggs and the carrots back home and we'll return them to the Easter Bunny who will give all of the children a tasty Easter treat and join us for a celebratory dance and some pictures! It's then time to make our Easter craft (an Easter Oz spell jar for protection), get stickers and tattoos and have a family photoshoot in front of the Emerald City backdrop!
Parties will be at 9.30, 12 and 2.30 on Thursday 17th, Good Friday 18th and Saturday 19th April at the RAFA Club in Leyland.
