It is with great joy and excitement that we invite you to a week-long, transformational retreat with the opportunity of becoming fully autonomous in a unique and integrative breathwork practice.In a natural, safe, supportive and playful environment we create a potent opportunity to step up and take responsibility and control of your physical, mental and emotional health.
We extract the essence of ancient practices including breath, sound and movement and apply it to the individual and collective challenges of the modern world.
You will learn integrative circular breathing, which is a path towards reducing stress, healing trauma, expanding consciousness and increasing health, vitality, determination and joy in your daily life.
Every day starts with a morning practice, consisting of concentration, movement, breathing and relaxation to prepare your mind, body and spirit for the main work of the day, which is an in-depth breathwork session.
This session includes a lesson explaining the concepts, physiological and philosophical aspects of the practice so you will be able to easily implement the practices when you come back home.
In the afternoons we dance, play, write, sing and share to integrate and deepen our understanding and experience of the healing power of the breath.
When the week is over, you will have a thorough understanding of how to use your breath to improve all aspects of your life.

A WORD OF NOTICE
This is an intense and in-depth retreat. It is open to all and does not require any previous experience with breathwork. Nevertheless it requires your willingness to be open to the teachings as they reveal themselves from your subconscious as we move through the different practices from day to day.
We expect you to join the whole programme, as it is built up with a natural progression from session to session, and as the dynamics and feeling of safety within the group depends on the full commitment of all participants.
If you have experienced severe trauma, or are suffering from any serious psychiatric condition, please consult us before signing up, as we need to discuss whether this retreat is suitable and beneficial for you.
