Family fun at Cogges, open every day. Visit over the spring holidays – spot the knitted bunnies around the Manor House, and see the rooms decorated for Easter. Get hands-on with children's crafty activities including painting fairy houses and stained glass butterflies*, plus an Egg hunt in the stable, Easter trail and baking on the range. Say hello to the animals – goats, ponies, sheep, chickens, ducks and turkeys, rabbits and guinea pigs.*Small cost per craft activity to cover materials; please note, activity times and dates may vary. Wild play
Let imaginations run wild and create your own adventure with 17 acres of open space for kids to explore, adventure play fort, zip wire and trail around the old moat. Or, your little farmers can jump on a mini ride-on tractor! Pick up a Cogges Explorer Pack with bug pot and ID Guides, and go on a minibeast hunt in the meadows.
Discover 1000 years of stories in the historic house and grounds – fans of Downton Abbey will love looking around ‘Yew Tree Farm’.
Café and shop
The Cogges Kitchen café is open daily from 9am with seasonal Easter treats, light lunches, cakes and refreshments. Drop in to the shop for locally produced gifts, home and garden-ware, preserves and more. (No ticket needed to visit the Café and shop.)
Farm entry tickets
Book your Farm entry Day Ticket or Season Ticket online in advance or pay on the door. As a charity, we rely on your support. Buying a season ticket will help ensure Cogges is preserved and sustained for future generations.
