Visit the British Motor Museum this Easter for a basket full of cracking activities for an egg-cellent week of family fun!
Activities include a fantastic Family Trail that will push your code-cracking skills to the limit on a puzzling journey around the Museum and an egg-ceptional craft activity that lets you “hatch” and decorate a car however you like!
The Museum has over 400 stunning British cars to explore each with its own fascinating story to tell - from star cars from film & TV to famous firsts and lasts. Bring the collection to life by joining Maggie Dwyer the Car Buyer or Barry Wheeler the Car Dealer on an egg-traordinary family tour and brush up on your sales tactics along the way!
Visit over the Easter Weekend (18 to 21 April) and you can enjoy a traditional Easter Egg hunt around the cars! On Thursday 24 April it's Easter Access Day where visitors can enjoy the fantastic collection on a day dedicated to maximising accessibility for all! Don't worry if you can't make it on Access Day the Museum prides itself on always being a place for all to enjoy - it was recently awarded Silver in the Accessible & Inclusive category in the West Midlands Tourism Awards.
For sunny days the Museum has plenty of green space, an outdoor play area and lots of picnic benches. Plus there's the Junction 12 café full of yummy food to fuel energetic Easter fun!
These activities are included in the price of admission for a great value day out! You can even get an annual pass at no extra cost!
