The event is located in the departures check in hall at East Midlands Airport and will run from 1000-1400 on Wednesday 5th February 2025.
Free Parking is available for the event in Long Stay 2 car park - and a free shuttle bus for the short journey to the terminal will be provided. Please follow the signs for Long Stay 2 on the day as this is the only car park that is free for the event - all other onsite car parks will be charged at a normal rate so please don't park anywhere else.
