Rules for Contestants:
- Keep it PG-13
- Only Houses in East Hills Council of Neighbors
- Judging only includes the portion of the yard/house that is visible from the street, or sidewalk
- By entering, you agree to have your house be put on our Facebook page (without your last name) and allow East Hills Council of Neighbors to photograph the entry
- Contestants agree to hold harmless East Hills Council of Neighbors for any incidents or accidents that may occur directly or indirectly as a result of the competition
