£10 pp includes use of drum, guided meditation, oracle cards, releasing exercise on full moon gatherings , hot herbal drinks or tea/ coffee( decaf) nad biscuits .

Drumming has the ability to bring the user to a calm and relaxed state allowing release of stress and tension. A wonderful sense of community is felt during the gathering, leaving you relaxed.
