Dear Members,So, in keeping positive we hope we will be able to have our Annual General Meeting. Please see below;
The East Coast Bays RSA hereby gives notice for its Annual General Meeting, to be held on Sunday 31st October at 10:30am.
We now call for nominations for the President, Vice President and the Executive Committee. Nominations, as well as Notice of Motions are all required to be submitted no later than Sunday 17th October at 5:00pm.
Nomination forms can be picked up at the East Coast Bays RSA Office, situated at the Browns Bay Bowling Club, 784 Beach Road, or request via our email.
Forms to be returned to the office by placing in the RSA Office door, locked Mail Box, or by mail or email.
Remit 1: The ECB RSA is looking to replace its Current Rules 'in toto' as proposed by the Executive.
Remit 2: The Trustees of ECB RSA Welfare Trust (Poppy Trust) are seeking authority to wind up this trust into the ECB RSA Trust.

Please ensure you have a current membership with a light blue sticker dated 2022 to attend.
Business to be transacted are standard items of business for the AGM, including (but not limited to) attendance and apologies, minutes of the previous meeting, election of the Executive Committee, and any items of general business. Copies of the AGM Booklet, will be available to be picked up from in the office (to save costs) on the day of the AGM.
