On 31 October East Ayrshire Council will meet to decide whether to cut the Instrumental Music Service out of its education service altogether, leaving East Ayrshire Leisure Trust - a loss making charity with a desperate vision to fund music lessons through commercial catering at events - to pick up the pieces. We will play the #changethetune music that is saved in “Files” in this group - there is a score and parts for all instruments.
