This event is aimed at people who use our hospital space, unpaid carers, our local community, third and independent sector providers along with colleagues from across Health and Social care and our wider Community Planning Partners.
To ensure this event is as accessible as possible we will have designated quiet spaces for time out and reflection. Please let us know if there is anything else we can provide to support your attendance when you register.
