Ease & Flow is a supportive 4-week yoga series created for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.

This series offers a gentle, grounding space to reconnect with your body through mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation practices designed to support the nervous system during this season of life.

Together, we’ll explore simple tools to help:
✨ ease stress and overwhelm
✨ support better sleep
✨ calm the mind and body
✨ cultivate more balance, rest, and ease

Classes are accessible for all levels, and no prior yoga experience is needed.
