Why This Workshop?
This workshop was created out of a deep passion for empowering women during pregnancy and birth. As your guide, Ceci brings over six years of experience in the birth world and a personal commitment to helping moms navigate their journey with confidence. Inspired by her family’s struggles and her own birth experiences, Ceci knows firsthand the difference preparation and education can make.
Additionally, we are thrilled to feature Dr. Mariah, a specialist in pre, peri, and postpartum chiropractic care. Dr. Mariah brings her expertise in supporting women through all stages of pregnancy and beyond, helping moms regulate their nervous systems, improve comfort, and prepare their bodies for the challenges of labor and recovery. Her approach blends science and care to ensure you feel your best physically, mentally, and emotionally throughout your journey.
