Earthy Eats WILD, in partnership with NORTH Festival and Feisty Tasmanian.Join us for a truly Tasmanian experience, as our head chef Bronwyn Strange prepares a 4-course feast celebrating the flavours of Tasmanian wild bush food, cooked from the heart, with honesty.
The evening will be blessed with a special guest appearance from celebrated author Rees Campbell, who’s recent release ‘Eat MORE Wild Tasmanian’, continues to share her lifelong passion for Tasmanian wild bush food. Rees brings a burning passion and breadth of knowledge for Tasmanian wild edibles, and will share her learnings from experiences at her wild food nursery, 'Murnong Wild Food Garden' in Wynyard, Tasmania.
Settle into the evening with Storyteller Bert Spinks, one of Tasmania’s genuine journeymen—poet, traveller, writer, blogger and Tasmanian bushwalking guide, who tells tales from the Tasmanian bush, delivered with warmth, humour and passion.
