EarthWoven Dance – A Grounded Movement Ritual
Led by Julie Martin
EarthWoven Dance is a grounding, soulful movement experience guided by the intuitive and nurturing energy of Julie Martin. Designed to reconnect you with your breath, your body, and the ancient wisdom of the Earth, this practice invites you to move with intention—to feel your feet rooting into the ground, your body softening into presence, and your spirit aligning with the steady, stabilizing strength of the Earth element.
Julie weaves together guided intuitive movement, gentle flow sequences, and somatic grounding practices that help you slow down, tune inward, and cultivate deep inner stability. With her signature blend of warmth, creativity, and embodied wisdom, she creates a safe space where your movement becomes a conversation between your body and the Earth.
EarthWoven Dance is not about choreography—it’s about embodiment. You are encouraged to listen to your body’s natural impulses, honor your own pace, and let your movements rise from instinct, emotion, and intuition. Whether you’re releasing tension, seeking balance, or longing for reconnection, Julie guides you into a nourishing rhythm that supports your whole being.
Expect grounding music, rhythmic cues, breathwork, and moments of quiet reflection woven throughout the session. As you move, you’ll explore what it means to feel held, rooted, and supported—just as the Earth holds and supports all life.
EarthWoven Dance is ideal for anyone longing to:
✨ Find calm and stability
✨ Connect with their body in a gentle, intuitive way
✨ Release stress through grounded, mindful movement
✨ Restore emotional balance and presence
✨ Strengthen their connection with the Earth element
✨ Feel centered, nurtured, and supported
By the end of class, your body will feel anchored, your mind at ease, and your spirit deeply nourished. This is movement as medicine—woven with Earth energy, intention, and soul, held lovingly by Julie’s guidance.
Come root, rise, and reconnect.
What to bring to the movement sessions: dress comfortably that allows for movement and layers for warmth or becoming too warm, water is available, however it is suggested to BYO water bottle and yoga mat for movement sessions that may require one.
Looking forward to seeing you!
