• Admission is open to all ages except for VIP, Golden Circle Standing and Regular Standing tickets being for 14+ only.  


• Any patron below 16 years should be accompanied by an adult 18+.


• No re-entry or exit once you've entered the venue.  

• Customers are advised not to purchase Platinumlist-branded Tickets resold through so-called secondary ticketing websites (such as Online Ticket Shop, Viagogo, Facebook, Stubhub ,Dubizzle or similar sites) or online selling sites such as eBay as it is possible the Ticket may not be valid for entry or will be canceled by Platinumlist should Platinumlist become aware that the Ticket has been resold.  In some countries, the re-sale of tickets is banned by law.


• It is the responsibility of customers to protect their tickets from loss or theft.  Platinumlist is not responsible for the replacement of lost or stolen Tickets and does not issue refunds for lost or stolen Tickets.  This applies to electronically issued tickets as well as printed tickets. In the event, that a customer’s electronic ticket is copied/stolen (e.g. via hacked email, or through delivery to a shared email address) and the ticket is used and scanned before the customer enters the event, the customer will be refused entry as the ticket will have been canceled at the time of first use. No refund will be offered to the customer in this case. Customers are strongly advised to protect their electronic tickets with the same caution and care they would protect a physical printed ticket from theft.


• It is highly recommended that you take precautions to protect your tickets from the possibility of loss or theft.


• Platinumlist does not assume responsibility for replacing lost or stolen tickets, nor does it provide refunds for tickets that have been lost or stolen.


• If a customer's electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, for example, through a hacked email or delivery to a shared email address, and the ticket is scanned and used before the customer arrives at the event, entry will be denied. No refund will be issued in this case.


• Any patron, below 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult/parent aged 18 or over. 


• Entry patrons (including children above 12 months) require a valid ticket to enter Coca-Cola Arena.


• Children under 14 are not permitted in the General Admission Standing Floor Area.

• By car: Coca-Cola Arena is located in the City Walk area and it's easily accessible from Sheikh Zayed Road. From Sheikh Zayed Road, take Exit 47 towards Al Safa Street and follow the signs for City Walk. 


• By public transportation: Coca-Cola Arena Dubai is easily accessible by metro, you can take the Red Line and get off at the Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa Metro Station. From there, you can walk a few minutes to reach Coca-Cola Arena.


• By taxi: You can also take a taxi to Coca-Cola Arena Dubai. It's a famous destination and most drivers would be familiar with its location.
