โข Doors will open at 6.45pm and you will have a few moments to get grounded and set up for your Plant Medicine experience.
โข We will open up with an introduction to the different Plant Medicines and prepare to start clear our enegies feilds before we consume the plant medicine.
โข You will then be guided through a 90 minute experience recieving healing & expansion bridging the gap between your human self & higher self.
โข Your only job is to be open minded, relax, and let your breath guide you on this medicine journey be open to receive any healing or guidance that comes up throughout the journey.
โข We will close of with an intergration circle finishing up at 9.30PM leaving light grounded and open and with feelings one oneness connected to the universe.

Breathwork results in certain specific physiological changes in the body and also can result in intense physical and emotional release.
As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated in certain breathwork practices.

What can I expect?
There will be a short guided meditation, explanation of conscious connected breathwork (how to do it, tetany, things that may happen etc), a full 60 min breathwork journey and space afterwards for a few to share about their experience and any questions asked and support given if needed.
