Begin your day with a grounding meditation, allowing the gentle rhythms of nature to soothe your nervous system and restore balance within.

Next, immerse yourself in the sacred ritual of a cacao ceremony, where the heart-opening properties of this divine elixir will awaken your senses and deepen your connection to yourself and the world around you. Through my guidance, allow the rich flavors of cacao to melt away barriers and invite vulnerability and authenticity into your being.

Following the ceremony, I will offer hands-on energy healing, channeling the ancient wisdom of healing touch to realign your energetic pathways and facilitate relaxation and inner harmony.

Afterwards, indulge in a nourishing lunch prepared with love, as you integrate the experiences of the morning. Engage in mindful reflection and conversation with fellow retreat participants, fostering a sense of community and support on your journey.
