About this Event
Over the course of four weeks, we will dive into engaging closely with plants of all kinds, and forming strong connections with the land.
Week 1: SEEDLING: During this week, we will discuss the basics of plant magic, knowing the different parts of plants and their uses, the tools of herbal/plant magic, and how to be good allies of the earth.
Week 2: GERMINATION: During this week, we will discuss honoring the local spirits, how to respectfully harvest plants, the differences between growing in a garden vs harvesting in nature, as well as the way time of day, season, and moon phase can all affect how we gather plants.
Week 3: BUDDING: During this week, we will discuss practical magic with plants: From oils and tinctures, to crafting potent tools and allies, to good-ole spellwork and rituals, we will go in-depth into how to fully integrate herbal-allies into your practice.
Week 4: BLOSSOMING: During our final week, we will discuss forging strong, long-lasting relationships with plants, learning about how to engage with plant spirits on a much deeper level, as well as the land we live on. This final class will tie all the previous knowledge together, and give you the tools to forge your own personal practice with the Earth and her many Green Wonders.
This is a four week course. Each lecture is $25 to attend, the cost for the full course is $100 total.
About Your Host
Aiden is a witch of around 10 years experience. She has a background in folk Catholic magic, primarily of the grimoire tradition, neopaganism and reconstructive paganism, and Mexican folk traditions. She mainly focuses on spirit work, engaging with the good neighbors, the dead, and her patron deities, and enjoys helping others in their practice, giving advise when needed.
