🌺 What is Earthing? 🌺
Earthing, also known as grounding, is the simple practice of connecting with the earth's energy by walking barefoot on natural surfaces. It's about tapping into the primal energy that flows through the earth, and in turn, through us. Through this connection, we unlock a myriad of health benefits for both body and soul, including reduction of inflammation, the precurser to most dis-ease. Lizi will explain the science behind this incredibly potent modality, plus we will enter the spiritual realms of Earthing too and re-connect our bodies to Mother Nature's frequency codes.

🌼 Mandala Making: Create a beautiful mandala on the Earth's canvas, using foraged petals and natural treasures to honor the interconnectedness and cyclical nature of all things.
🧘♂️ Meditation: Sink into Sacred Silent Stillness to deepen your connection to self and nature.
🔔 Sound Meditation: Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of sound bowls and gongs inside the tranquil Willow Lodge—a sanctuary, reminiscent of the womb, where profound healing and transformation can take place.

What to Wear?
Wear loosely fitting clothing, so you feel comfortable, this event is about letting loose and relaxing back to nature, so NOT a workout!
What to Bring?
Bring your water bottle, a yoga mat, a blanket and a little towel to wipe feet at the end of the ceremony, shoes like crocs or flip flops are ideal.
What about lunch?
The Lake House has a lovely little cafe on site which serves snacks and hot and cold drinks, so after the ceremony please feel welcome to stay around and enjoy the grounds and the cafe.
What about Parking?
There is a carpark at The Lake house, just drive straight in, up the drive and round to the right to the carpark.
Are there loos?
Yes! The Lake House Kent has beautiful clean facillities.

Please note: This gathering STARTS at 11:00am, please be on site just before this time, so Lizi can start promptly, we will finish at 1:30pm, but we can carry on socialising in the cafe if we're feeling the flow!
Meet Your Host: Lizi Sage
Lizi Sage is The Bohemian Hypnotist, holding space for your ascension and deep meditative healing from within. She loves creating and hosting memorable gatherings full of love and compassion with beautiful ambiance and intent. An intuitive leader of love and connection, a teacher of self enquiry and observation and a child of the universe connecting to the inner child within you, often found barefoot in Nature!
Earthing took over Lizi's life during the lockdown, when a voice opened up to say Get In The Earth, she intuitively created a rebirthing ritual for herself during this time by digging a pit and immersing herself in the Earth! After this, things were never quite the same for Lizi!
A natural intuitive, Lizi is hearing the call to host outside connecting events each summertime, to raise the frequency of the collective, and bring others back down the ground, to find their True Natures.
