About this Event
Event Details
Earth Yoga is a mindful, steady flow emphasizing standing postures, conscious breath, and alignment to build strength, stability, and presence. The pace allows space to explore posture and breath without rushing or forcing.
Each class begins with a short orientation that shifts attention from thinking to direct experience. Rather than perfecting poses, you are guided to notice breath, effort, and sensation as they happen — training awareness, not just movement.
The practice weaves in breathwork, mantra, and subtle body awareness, inspired by non-dual Kashmir Shaivism, supporting clarity and energy that naturally carries into daily life.
Open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike, the class is held within a supportive community — a space to reconnect with your body and breath without pressure or performance.
Teacher's Bio
I’ve been teaching Earth Yoga in Singapore for over five years, holding steady, mindful classes in botanical spaces. My approach brings together standing postures, breath, and subtle body awareness, informed by the non-dual philosophy of Kashmir Shaivism — not as theory, but as a way of experiencing everyday life with more clarity and presence.
I aim to create a space where people can move, breathe, and feel at ease in their bodies while practising alongside others. The focus is simple: build strength, pay attention, and let the practice support how you meet life off the mat.

Classes take place at the Singapore Botanic Gardens every Sunday at 8:30 AM.
