About this Event
Come CELEBRATE this powerful and sacred time of ABUNDANCE in our Fall Harvest Circle in community!! During this time we will HONOR the sacred 7 Directions. With each direction there will be space to revisit intentions planted in March at Spring Equinox, how have they grown? Are they ready to be harvested? Or do they still need some tender loving care? We will ask for clarity on action needed to bring these intentions to fruition in this abundant energy of Fall Equinox, and clarity on what do we need to let go of as we transition toward our Winter's Solstice.
We will then move into a self-reflective 90 minute Earth Ways Yoga practice to work with the element of Earth of the 5 Element lineage and the meridians of stomach and spleen , which hold the energy of NURTURANCE and honoring YOU HAVE ENOUGH. In this practice we will trace the meridians and the acupuncture points and their spirits that guide a deeper practice of your within!
With live ambient musical accompaniment by Jay Kraemer.
Honoring these sacred times of seasonal shifts is deeply meaningful to our healing evolution.
We have been actively working and expressing…putting ourselves and our ideas out into the world, growing and changing. Now is the time to pause, go within, and take stock of how far we have come.
This time is so so abundant and such an important time to pause, give thanks and receive before the great winter embarks upon our beings!!
Kate Mulheron is a deeply experienced teacher - over 15 years of dedicated teaching and the founder of Earth Ways Yoga. Through her work stewarding this practice, she builds a thoughtful connection between Mother Earth and the human experience to unlock barriers that have held you back from walking a greater path of vibrancy in this life.
