EARTH TO ETHER WOMEN’S WEEKEND JOURNEY BY JULIE HAINES & JENN MINTZ
We are thrilled to host this special women’s weekend experience to lead each of you on a remarkable journey from Body to Soul, and back again using the sacred elements of Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Ether as they uniquely relate to each of us that walk this earth plane. The course is designed as an outdoor experience, which includes short discussions and mini-lectures masterfully augmented by hands-on experiences that facilitate exploration of your sacred energy centers through the use of shape, sound, physical sensation, nature-based tools such as plants, teas, and crystals, and by opening to divine Spirit channels. During the weekend, we also have scheduled downtime for you to enjoy all the indoor and outdoor amenities at the Lightwell Center including the saltwater swimming pool, hot tubs, infrared sauna, red light therapy room, gym, library, meditation fountains, yoga deck, outdoor canteen, fire circle, and miles of trails for forest energy bathing trails complete with seven unique sacred chakra vortex waystations. During the course, we will enjoy indoor and outdoor teaching at the Center’s main mountaintop campus and on our Valley River deck.
