Our arts therapy sessions are an immersive journey with the wilderness outside and within, including movement, vocal flow, playful exploration, meditations, visualisation, relaxations and reflective drawing or journaling. They are held by four creative arts therapists (Karola, Via, Cero and Alice), who also have a background in yoga, storytelling, psychology, drama, poetry, community arts, primal movement, voice therapeutics and activism.
In the late afternoon our local forager, Justine, will share her knowledge on the wisdom of plants in a guided sensory walk followed by wild cooking. We will finish the day with evening live music, singing and a sound relaxation with Emily Cobie (founder of Oh Shala Festival) and friends.
There will be opportunities to try wild swimming, book a massage or take a wild bath in the woods throughout the event.
Our intimate soulful, soil-full community is in the heart of nature; a farm on the edge of the woods, only a stoneβs throw away from the River Thames. We invite you to join us under the tree branches to discover the wisdom of plants, experience an embodied relationship with nature and balance your energy through song and relaxation. Receive the nourishment of the earth through wholesome food and be immersed in the cool, natural waters of the Thames.
Breakfast fruit and snacks, lunch, and dinner are provided, all cooked from scratch by our onsite chef and volunteers. The menu will be a mixture of healthy, plant-based food, including lots of hemp-inspired recipes & home grown veg from our garden! 100% vegan.
