Guided Meditation - releasing what no longer serves you, connect with the earth, bringing in your intentions for the new year.
Participation in honoring the earth with sound. We will honor the earth with a sound bath that you will participate in.
Earth honoring food - We will break bread together with some nutritious treats and tea.
All will be provided.
If you play a musical instrument, you may bring it for the interactive sound bath.
