While many of us prepare for a busy summer with other people, we don't want to forget to care for ourselves as individual souls.
We often neglect our own needs while caring for those of others, which can lead to a sense of frustration, a lack of flow and intuitive connection and just feeling "off" in general.
The fact is, we are still healing from so much that we have been through. And often, one of the only ways to do that is to step out of our normal routines to get away and intentionally reconnect with our inner beings. (And when there other souls doing this too, the energy is amplified!)
You are invited to join my friend Cheryl Horton and me for an Earth Healing Fall Retreat this fall in Freeport, Maine on the water. With the energies of nature, of raw cacao, and by learning from each other, you will experience the deep healing that you deserve.
With the wood from trees, the water from the river and the soil of the Earth, we will invoke the healing properties of Gaia. Don't worry, you don't have to be outside for all of this! We will bring in some of these elements (water, leaves, soil) to help us receive messages from the Earth, just as the ancient Druids did in their communion with the trees in particular.
And, as this retreat will be held in autumn in Maine, the fire will be going to add to the beauty and peace for you to heal, rest and go deep within your inner being.
Additionally, you will enjoy whole, vegetarian, gluten-free meals cooked for us by Cheryl Horton of Life in the Raw. In the spirit of the Divine Feminine, Cheryl will also be guiding us in a cacao release ceremony with the rich, warm, creamy essence of Mother Cacao for us to drink. Cacao is a powerful, heart-opening medicine used in rituals by the ancient indigenous peoples for thousands of years. By imbibing the essence of this plant, we unlock and release deeply-held emotions to help us further our awakening and embodying our sacred divinity.
This retreat will be held from Friday evening, October 18, 2024 to Sunday morning, October 20, 2024. There are two ways to join this retreat. You can come for the whole weekend, or you can join us for the day. Daytrippers can attend from 9 am – 8:30 pm on Saturday and enjoy all of the meals and activities scheduled for that time.
After this weekend, my hope is that you will:
- Feel rejuvenated and reenergized
- Feel the loving support of the Earth and your Divine guides and angels
- Have tools you can use in your everyday life to clear energy and release Ego stories
- Feel a sense of peace and healing to stay with you
- Have a greater sense of purpose and knowing in your life of how to proceed
- Experience a deeper sense of flow and alignment with your Higher Self
We hope to see you there this October. Most of the overnight spots are already sold out (except for a shared room), but there are still plenty of daytripper spots left!
We can't wait to be with you in this healing space to invoke the powers, just as the ancient Druids once did, of the energies of the Earth for our individual and collective healing!

Cheryl Horton of Life In The Raw is a holistic wellness coach and Reiki master that specializes in the whole person through emotional, energetic and physical balance. Through the use of essential oils, Reiki, plant based living, tapping and the art of Ho’oponopono, she helps individuals to live their optimal lives energetically and physically. She offers many other services to support you through the process as well, Aromatouch Therapy, readings, crystal work and more. She is based in Auburn where she lives with her husband and two boys. In her spare time she adores spending time with her daughter and granddaughter. To stay balanced and grounded she often connects with Mother Nature’s offerings.
Rachel Horton White is a clinical hypnotherapist, mindfulness teacher and intuitive guide who has helped transform the lives of clients worldwide in this massive planetary shift in consciousness through Soulful Work Intuitive Consulting. Rachel helps people release negative patterns in their lives, with practical tools like mindfulness, energy and intuition exercises, to connect with their true, inner selves. She has led sold-out women’s retreats, written for multiple online publications, and presented at national hypnotherapy conferences. Rachel facilitates groups of awakening souls and spiritual entrepreneurs, and has a meditation podcast called The Courageous Path. Rachel’s new book is a spiritual toolkit called Tools for the Awakening Soul: A Guide to Activate Your Intuition and Uncover Your Life's Purpose. She lives on a homestead in mid-coast Maine where she and her husband homeschool their two bright, energetic children.
