The Earth Guardian Academy! (March 2025 until January 2026)

You're looking to connect with the earth master your skills in utilizing the abundant edible and medicinal plants & fungi in our region year round. Something you value is also being a steward of the earth and helping to heal it and restore it - a reciprocal relationship where we don't just benefit from the abundance nature provides but we also give back and contribute to the healing of the land and help create a resilient and healthy ecosystem for future generations and all living creatures.

I'll be guiding you through 4 season of foraging (Spring Summer Fall Winter) with a 2nd bonus hike available for each season (8 wild foraging hikes total). You'll enjoy 3x Foraging BBQ after-events where we'll cook and make teas with wild-harvested goods. There will also be Urban Foraging + Ecological Restoration/Guerilla Gardening modules as part of this year-long course! Participants will be able to do make-up classes if a session is missed. Class days will typically be held on Saturdays and Sundays.

Get ready to gain confidence in wild edibles and medicinal plants stock up your pantry and create fresh dishes with spring greens and shoots summer wild berries medicinal mushrooms gourmet fungi. Enjoy barefoot walking and cold dips learn plant ID and learn to take spore prints and learn fungi microscopy 🔬 ~ integrate useful tools in cleaning up and restoring your local ecosystems so you can make a REAL impact in your nature stewardship efforts
