About this Event
The earth feeds us and gives us everything we need to survive and thrive. She keeps us grounded and stable. The earth is our home and foundation, a constant source of support. Most of us are disconnected from this element in our daily lives. My intention is to bring in the energy of the earth to this sound bath. Finding space to deeply relax, letting go of stress and the pressures of daily life. Allowing the vibrations of the instruments to wash over the body and clear the mind while moving stuck energy.
Each instrument is chosen for a reason, no sound bath is ever the same as I work with different intentions each time. For earth I will be using the gongs, Himalayans singing bowls, crystal singing bowls, deep drums, rainstick, koshi and flow chimes. The session will start with a very short guided meditation focused on connecting the earth and growing our roots. Then the sound journey will flow along as I infuse the intention into each instrument, moving around the room at times with instruments to bring sound healing to each individual.
The studio is located through the orange door to the left of the Twin Peaks Wellness Boutique. Go past the waiting area. Doors open at 6:40, please arrive early to have enough time to set up your space. Doors lock at 7:05 so it is extremely important to be on time. Cushions are provided by the studio. Bring a pillow, blanket, eye cover and anything else needed for maximum comfort.
