This Earth Day, let's celebrate Mama Gaia and all the abundance, beauty and nourishment she provides.We'll set up under one of the big pines near the water. Begin the evening with a gentle yoga flow under the soft light of fairy lights. Then we'll connect to our roots and mother earth through a meditation. Finally, rug up and relax to a beautiful sound bath that will take you on a journey through the elements - bringing us back to a state of harmony and a state of resonance with the earth.
Finally, we will end by setting a group intention and sending gratitude to the earth.
