Earth Day Volunteering
Come join us for a day of giving back to our planet at Veterans Park! Volunteers will be doing site preparation for a future pollinator garden and beautification around the park. When the frost date has passed, we will be planting native Michigan pollinator favorites. Be part of the history in creating a habitat for important pollinators and, at the same time, curating a living classroom for park visitors.
No experience is necessary. Hamtramck Parks Conservancy will provide necessary tools and materials. If you have garden gloves, please bring them. Meet at Veterans Park the southern parking lot off Dan Street (3201 Dan Street). Thanks for your support! See you soon!
