About this Event

"Our World has been over-populated by a massive amount of trash caused by us. We decided to do something about this by uniting our community together. Join us as we pick up trash around our community, one piece at a time and have fun while doing it!"

Earth Day! Monday, April 22nd, 2024

Check-in: 8:30 a.m. (*Look for The Trash Punx Tent)

Event Time: 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.

Location: Guadalupe River Park | 438 Coleman Ave, San Jose, CA 95110 (MAP) *Look for The Trash Punx Tent

Parking: Parking is available at the Rotary PlayGarden parking lot at 490 Coleman Avenue and in front of the visitor center at 438 Coleman Avenue

What to bring: Smartphone (to check-in via QR code), mask, long pants, long-sleeved shirt, closed-toed shoes, re-usable bottle w/ water, sunscreen, sunglasses

What to expect: Volunteers will use their smartphone to check-in via QR code. Please arrive on time as the safety talk will start shortly after check-in. The Trash Punx will provide a litter stick, gloves and trash bags. (Check out the video below)
