This will be a prayer for Mother Earth and an evening to set our commitment intentions to care for our planet.
Join Jenny with BlissFit Yoga St. Pete & Salena with Stars Healing Energy for this chance to connect with yourself & community!
During this ceremony, we combine yoga to bring the body and mind to present moment awareness and a sound healing to revitalize the body and calm the mind.
We will complete 18 sun salutations during class to honor the earth, as well as balancing postures like tree pose & half moon and a few animal themed poses.
it is traditional in yoga to honor each incoming season with 108 sun salutations but we are keeping it sustainable for our bodies by doing 18.
This is beginner-friendly - all are welcome!!

There will be a circle share - please bring a creative idea for repurposing, recycling, reducing waste, etc that you can share with everyone!

Cost: $33 includes 75 min class
including 40 min. yoga with Jenny, 30 min. sound healing with Salena & a cooling lavender eye pillow to help relax into the sand.

In the event of inclement weather that causes cancellation, your payment can be used for an upcoming class or will be returned & refunded, your choice : )
For emergencies or illness, we will give you class credit to a future event if you have to cancel, to be honored within 30 days after the event. No refunds are given.

DIRECTIONS:
Class is by the rock jetty
Enter the beach at the furthest to the right boardwalk bridge entrance by the condos
TURN RIGHT when you get on the beach and walk allll the way toward the second rock jetty
It will take about 5+ minutes to walk from the parking area so please plan accordingly.
