The Village at Rancharrah is celebrating Earth Day with a‘Green Walk’ through the village on Saturday April 20 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. hosted by The
Waste Less Shop.
Attendees will receive a passport card that can be stamped at each business for entry into a raffle to win over $300 in gift cards. This open-house style event will allow attendees to learn about the eco-friendly products and practices of The Village’s businesses, as well as family-friendly activities aimed to promote a greener planet.
The Waste Less Shop will be pouring non-alcoholic seasonal drinks for those who bring their own cup into their store. A $50 gift card to The Waste Less Shop will be given to the best cup,
as voted on through their social media page, @thewastelessshop. Additionally, if you have any clothes with wear and tear, Patagonia will be offering free repairs on clothing items inside The Waste Less Shop’s store.
Kids are also encouraged to celebrate Earth Day by getting hands on by decorating their very own poster. There will be a free poster decorating table set up in the store with coloring items
available. While the kids are poster decorating, adults can take advantage of the Earth Day deals that the shop is offering, with 20% off purchases over $100 and select items up to 50%
off.
Sustainable specials will be offered by Rolled Mountain Creamery, Grafted Whiskey and Wine, Armando and Sons, Bone-ito, Sunday Pilates and Seren.
