Barefoot Necessities – a guided Barefoot Walk through the lower fields and pond.

We know that getting outside can improve our health in so many ways. Even something as simple as walking barefoot can help. Research suggests that barefoot contact with the earth can have positive physiological effects on the body including pain reduction, improvement in sleep, lowering of stress and a decrease in muscle tension. We , will, literally and figuratively, walk you through the experience of walking barefoot and chat about the benefits as you stroll through the different terrains Pratt has to offer. Come learn how to reconnect your feet and your health to nature!
This program is for all ages and free but email preregistration is encouraged. Participants should dress for the weather. In the event it is necessary to cancel, participants will be emailed and an announcement will be posted to our Facebook page.
