Join us for a heartwarming and fun-filled Earth Day Family Yoga event where we come together to celebrate our planet Earth. 🌍✨This special gathering is packed with activities that bring fun, creativity, and mindfulness. We'll start with an inspiring circle, where we share Earth Day stories, discussing the importance of looking after our beautiful planet and everything that lives on it- plants, animals, and people alike. Get ready to dive into interactive conversations about simple ways to make a big difference!
We’ll move through some playful yoga games that encourage movement, balance, teamwork, and connection. Families will explore fun partner yoga poses, nurturing trust and love in every stretch and movement.
There will be mindful craft station where everyone can create Earth-friendly projects- think nature-inspired art or upcycled crafts- while learning fun tips for reducing waste and protecting our environment.
We’ll also enjoy quiet time together, with guided relaxation activities that encourage peace, reflection, and gratitude for all that nature gives us.
Throughout the day, you’ll bond as a family, with laughter, movement and moments of shared energy and stillness, all while honouring the Earth and her beauty. 🌱
