Earth Day Clothing Swap

Join us on April 19th, 2025, from 12–4 pm at Tare Market NE for a Clothing Swap supported by LUUM Collective! Refresh your wardrobe sustainably by exchanging your gently-loved clothes for something new-to-you.

TICKETS & TIMED ENTRY
We’re so grateful for the enthusiasm around our Clothing Swap! As it’s grown, so have the time and resources needed to run it smoothly. To keep this event sustainable, we’re introducing a small participation fee to help cover costs and ensure a great experience for all. This change will help us maintain the quality of the event and continue offering it to the community in a sustainable way.

We will also be starting timed entry for the event, and the ticket you purchase will allow entry into the swap during your time slot. VIP Early Access Tickets will be the first ones in the door and first ones to swap! Buy tickets here or directly at taremarket.com.

EARLY DROP OFF
To help us better manage drop-offs, vetting clothing quality and getting the swap set-up, we're introducing early drop-off. Although this is not required, it will help decrease your wait time when you come to swap. Early drop-off times:
・April 14-April 18 during regular store hours
・April 19 (day of event) from 11-11:45am

HOW TO SWAP

1. Bring up to 15 gently-loved clothing or accessory items that are clean and in good condition.
2. Drop them off before or during the event (or just come shop the swap—no item donation required).
3. Take home as many items as you’ll love and use!

We would love to take all of your unwanted clothes, but to better manage waste — all items will be vetted upon drop-off before being placed into the swap to ensure a quality experience for everyone participating. Please see our accepted and unaccepted items below.

ACCEPTED ITEMS
Women’s, men’s, and kids’ clothing
Accessories like scarves, belts, purses, and more
Lightly worn shoes

NOT ACCEPTED ITEMS
Undergarments, socks, promotional t-shirts, or linens

Other things to note:
・Any unclaimed items will be donated to the SACA Thrift Store.
・You do not need to donate in order to participate in the swap, however, a ticket is required for entry. Please visit our website to purchase.
・Early drop-off is also not required, but will speed up your entry time so you do not have to wait to 'check in' at your time-slot.
・Bring your own bags! You are not limited to only taking 15 items home, so please plan accordingly to bring your items home with you if you pick up more loved items.
