Earth & Sound is a gathering celebrating the beauty of our planet through music, art, and community vibes.Join us for an immersive experience at Evergreen lake; together we will disconnect from our devices and reconnect with our senses through the Japanese practice of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing). We will wander, listen, seek, sense, and feel our environment. As the gong sounds, we will gather for a restorative sound bath followed by a tea circle and fellowship to close the evening.
Bring a yoga mat, a blanket or 2, water bottle, journal, & pen. Dress according to weather. Park in the parking lot -- you will se me set up in the grass.
