Each session is guided intuitively, weaving Mother Earth’s grounding presence with the cosmic vibrations that move through space and time 🌿🌌
Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, koshi chimes, crystal pyramids and more blended with forest sounds gently calm the nervous system, ease tension and stress, and restore inner balance. 💫
Whether you’re new to meditation, seeking tools for inner peace, or simply wishing to relax for an hour, this space welcomes you just as you are.
Our cozy room holds up to eight people, creating an intimate setting where you can feel safe, supported, and deeply connected. 🌙💛
Weekly Sessions
🌙 Tuesdays & Sundays 6pm

What to bring:

🧺 blanket or throw for coziness
🛌 pillow for head rest (1 for under knees is optional)

Limited spare mats & cushions are available - please advise if you need a spare.

If you’re running a couple of minites late, please note that sessions will strictly start on time to avoid any disruption for everyone else attending. We can wait briefly if plenty of notice is provided. Any later arrivals will be asked to reschedule to avoid disrupting the group
📵 Once the session begins, I will not be able to answer calls or messages to ensure there are no disturbances.
No-shows are non-refundable, but you’re always welcome to reschedule.
