Earth & Sky Women’s CirclesThe next Earth & Sky Women’s Circles on Friday 13 February 7.45-9.30pm in Exeter
In the February Circle, we will be working with the energy of Imbolc and the Goddess Bridget. We will also be working with the energy of the Chinese New Year and the incoming Fire Horse. And we will learn about Altars and how to make an Altar at home.
We will be working with the energies of the Earth and the Sky - the Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine - the Yin and the Yang, the Moon, Planets, Astrology, and Ceremony, connecting with the Cycles of Nature, the Elements and Chinese Medicine. Learning to balance these energies within ourselves, for our own highest good and for the benefit of all of life. We will use healing techniques, music, movement, breathwork, meditation and mantra.
Most of all we will all be there for each other; women together in a Circle to help support each other on our spiritual and healing journeys. This is one of the most powerful healing experiences we can have.
When and Where:
The Circle timings are: 7.45-9.30pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early to get settled.
The Circles are in person (at St Luke’s Church Rooms, School Lane, EX2 6LB). £15 per person (There is also yin yoga first 6.15-7.15pm for anyone that would like to join for yoga (additional price of £10.00 with drinks and snacks available in between))
What to Bring
Bring water, a blanket, a crystal, a note pad, pen and an open heart.
