Looking for a unique and engaging activity for your child? Join our popular hybrid kids’ yoga class! This unique combination of traditional and aerial yoga introduces children to a space of awareness, creativity, strength, and tranquility. Each week features a different focus, allowing your little ones to explore traditional yoga poses specifically designed to enhance core strength, balance, concentration, and full-body coordination.In this 45-minute class, kids will enjoy the aerial yoga hammock in various ways to stretch, strengthen, and rest. Our expert instructors will also introduce a variety of breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques, empowering children with valuable coping skills they can use in their daily lives.
No previous yoga experience required. Classes are limited to 14 participants.
Choose from one of two weekly classes, starting in September, 2025:
Tuesdays @ 4:30-5:15 PM
Saturdays @ 10:45-11:30 AM
