This November, Waterford Estate invites you to Earn Your Glass – a month dedicated to balance, wellness, and connection. One of the highlights is our Earn Your Glass: SWRC Charity Run at Waterford Estate on the 8th of November. The Somerset West Run Club will lead a scenic run through our valley, passing some of the country’s top wine estates while soaking up the grandeur of the Stellenbosch and Helderberg Mountains. Gather at the entrance for a 6:30 warm-up, then take on the Upper Blaauwklippen Road: 3.6 km of tar, starting at 200 meters above sea level, climbing to 340 meters, and back down for a total of 7.2 km. With the summer sun here, we’re kicking off the day the right way so you can truly enjoy your well-deserved glass of wine later! With our Earn Your Glass Charity Run, every kilometre counts – literally.
For every kilometre you run, you’ll earn that % off when buying a bottle of Waterford wine. All ticket proceeds will be donated to support underprivileged athletes, helping provide food bundles during the Christmas season and backing meaningful community initiatives. Adidas will also be joining us on the day.
