Head on out to the Lion's Tail (Neenah) & 1840 (Milwaukee) taprooms this Friday to try our brand new collab brew release: EARLY TIMES!Early Times is a Saison conceived in collaboration with Milwaukee's 1840 Brewing Company and brewed at Lion's Tail. Brewed in the traditional style utilizing Belgian malts/wheat and then modernized with kettle additions of Buckwheat Honey and post-brew additions of Bergamot Citrus Zest & Rishi Black Tea leaves. The result is a beer with complex flavors highlighting the classic tang and wheat character of the Saison style with an updated twist of earthiness, citrus brightness, and mild flavor of black tea.
Early Times will be on tap at the Lion’s Tail taproom for all on Friday, available to Members in 4-packs to go on Friday, and available to the General Public to go on Saturday. Watch 1840’s posts for their release plan. Quantities are limited!

-Early Times: Saison LTB & 1840 Collab
-Couple, Tree, Four: Triple IPA - An amped up version of 1840's house West Coast IPA named "Couple, Two, Tree." Brewed and dry hopped with resinous Simcoe and dank Strata hops.
-Spittin' Seedz: Altbier - 1840's friends across the pond at Seedz love classic styles with incredible foam. This beer delivers both! Brewed with malted sunflower seeds & MI-grown raw wheat for head retention. Hopped with MI grown Williamette & Zupper Saazer. Fermented cold with an Ale yeast and lagered until crisp.

-Tropic Slushee - Inspired by the taste of the tropics, this Slushee-style kettle sour features an enormous amount of real fruit including pineapple, mango, and passionfruit. Thick, tart, and fruity. Contains lactose.
-The Tail: Cream Ale - Easy-drinking, pale, straw-colored beer brewed with barley, oats, and spelt malts, and lightly hopped for balance. Clean, crisp, and delicious.
