About this Event
Our hedgerows, green spaces and woodlands are bursting with plants that have healing properties. On this forage you'll join Medical Herbalist, Nicola Fenton to explore hedgerows and woodlands in a secret location just a 20 minute drive from Stamford.
During our woodland wander you'll discover the medicinal virtues and nutritional properties of familiar plants and be introduced to plants that you might not have noticed before!
Following in the footsteps of our ancestors and rediscovering their knowledge of plants we'll be tasting and making infusions and nibbling wild healing plants along the way.
So come with me, and step in to the quiet of the forest to feed our souls, mind and bodies!
