This hands-on workshop will guide participants through the fundamentals of foraging and herbal medicine, offering a deeper understanding of wild plants, their uses, and the connection between nature and wellbeing. Participants will gain confidence in identifying key plants, learning about their medicinal properties, and understanding how to interact with nature responsibly.

- Handouts with plant identification guides will be sent within 7 days after the workshop
- A list of recommended foraging books and online resources will be mentioned on the day
- A cup of native herbal tea at the beginning of the workshop
This workshop provides a rich, immersive experience for anyone interested in connecting more deeply with nature and exploring the world of wild plants and herbal remedies.
The sessions are mainly designed for beginners however there is always something new to learn for the more afvanced foragers.
