Volunteers Needed to help Save Coastal Wildlife Nonprofit conduct a biological survey of Absecon Inlet for birds, fish, and marine mammals.
About this Event

This citizen-science marine biodiversity monitoring project encourages everyone to get involved in a biodiversity survey and to raise the ecological importance and surprising biodiversity of inlets in New Jersey. Specifically, the project will help people record and monitor the marine and terrestrial life they discover in and around local waters, and identify threats to marine systems.

We will meet at the entrnace to The Cove Beach near 5234 Lagoon Blvd, Brigantine, NJ 08203. On-Street parking only. Please obey all local parking rules.

We will enter the beach area from Lagoon Blvd.

Please dress for the weather.

Please bring binoculars if you have them. If not, no worries.

Please be prepared to walk outdoors on sandy beaches.
